If we told you that Dr. Dean Ornish's record of critically ill heart patients changing their habits for 5, even 10 years after they participated in a similar program was 91% compared with an astonishing low 3% who managed to maintain their new habits without it--would you want to boost your chances for long-term success? Imagine finding the support you need to navigate the lifestyle changes outlined on your path to optimal wellness once a week. You'll meet as a group--a group of like-minded folks ready to take charge of their health and revers or avoid chronic health issues. your very own community of people who are facing the same lifestyle changes you are--even if their specific food and exercise requirements are different, they are still adjusting to sometimes major lifestyle changes. Folks who might feel like they're on this path to wellness alone, just like you might be feeling. This program is a weekly one-hour support group. The more consistently you attend the sessions, the more powerful the effect. We know life happens, and you may not be able to attend every single session. You will always get out of the program what you put into it. Carrie Koch (bio), our life coach, facilitates the weekly meetings. As groups fill up, we will open more.
