We are dedicated to educating our community about optimal wellness, and have a variety of well-prepared speaking topics we can present to your organization or audience. We can also create a custom topic at your request. All our speakers are experienced and are rated highly on feedback response forms.

- The Hidden Effects of Hormone Imbalance: The physical impact of imbalanced sex hormones is widely documented and understood. What isn't always well understood is that simply addressing sex hormones will not properly restore your balance. In this one-hour workshop, you'll learn more about the systemic impact of imbalanced hormones in both men and women, the improtance of treating you individually as a whole person, and the benefits of bio-identical hormones.

- Nutrition: Food Toxicities-- Learn how food toxicities differ from food allergies the symptoms of food toxicities and what to do to avoid them and improve your health.

- Osteoporosis: Learn about how osteoporosis effects both men and women and what you can do to prevent this painful, debilitating disease. Dr. Alavi will also address the safety and effectiveness of prescription drugs aimed at treating or preventing the disease.

- Lasting Change: Ever notice how easy something is to do when you look forward to it? Why is it that we so often don't look forward to change, even if we know it's good for us? Learn more about how you feel about change, and how to begin to look at it as a choice so that you can enjoy it. This seminar will provide several practical methods to reginite the joy in your life regarding change.

- Stress Reduction: Some stressors are obvious: Traffic. Relationship
issues. Grief. Others are not so obvious: Absence of dreams that are
more than goals. Self criticism. Pursuit of external validation. When
these stressors become too much, we pay a heavy price with our health
and happiness. At this interactive seminar you will begin to identify all
your stressors and the impact on your health, and learn some techniques
to reduce that impact and rediscover peace and happiness in your life.
